The Sriracha Chili Sauce is also one of a kind as it is a special hot sauce that combines hot chilipepper with garlic & vinegar. The recipe tradisionally hails from the city of Si Racha, in the Chonburi Province of Eastern Thailand. It is a dipping sauce, traditionally used in Thailand for seafood.
In Vietnamese cuisine, sriracha used as a condiment for phở, fried noodles and as a topping for spring rolls. Sriracha is mostly used in western cuisine on eggs, burgers, chips and also in other sauces. (e.g sriracha mayo) It also recently being increasingly used in many Asian, Japanese & Fusion Cuisines.
