Method Suggestion :
Curry Fish Head Paste
1) Slightly cook fish head and drain.
2) Stir-fry brinjal slightly.
3) Stir-fry lemongrass and curry leaves till fragrant, add brinjal, hot water, cabbage, tauhu, Curry Fish Head Paste and fish head.
4) when the fish head is cooked, add coconut milk, fresh milk and long bean.
5) Cook for another 5 minutes and serve.
