Suitable for : Chicken/Meat/Fish
Method Suggestion :
1) Steam fish until half cooked and drain excess water.
2) Pour Ginger Sauce (according to preferences) on fish, add in some chili padi to spice up the taste and continue to steam until fish is cooked.
3) Add in "Hua Tiow" wine. Serve
