Preparation method:
For Stock: Dissolve 20g or 1¼ tablespoon of Mamee Chef Chicken Stock powder into 1 litre of boiling water.
For Stir Fry: 50g or 3¼ tablespoons of Mamee Chef Chicken Stock powder into 1kg stir fry dish.
For Marinade: 40g or 2½ tablespoons of Mamee Chef Chicken Stock powder to marinate 1kg of meat.
Storage Instruction: Close pack tightly and store in cool and dry place.
