With this convenient brown sauce pack, you can emulate any fancy restaurant-grade sauces by using it as a base or customise until you get to your desired taste.
Wheat Flour, Contains Permitted Flavouring Substances, Corn Starch, Sugar, Modi ed Starch (E1442), Salt, Onion Powder, Beef Fat, Caramel Colour (E150d), Contains Disodium 5'-Guanylate (E627) And Disodium 5'-Inosinate (E631) as Permitted Flavour Enhancers, Spices, Contains Acidity Regulator (E330) and Anticaking Agent (E551) As Permitted Food Conditioner.

Preparation method:
1. Dissolve 100g or 6½ tablespoons of Mamee Chef Demi Glace Brown Sauce powder in 1 litre of room temperature water.
2. Bring mixture to boil with frequent stirring and simmer for 3 minutes, then remove from heat.
3. Use sauce as it is, or as a base for other sauces. Storage Instruction: Close pack tightly and store in cool and dry place.
